Novamris is operated by Rookvell LLC, based in Texas, United States. These Terms cover your use of the Novamris website and apps. Features and purchases are available only where supported and offered; this page does not itself enable an unavailable feature or checkout. Contact support@rookvell.com with questions.

What Novamris is for
Novamris provides calculated astronomical information, traditional astrological interpretation and personal journaling tools. Astrology is not scientifically validated as a reliable way to predict personal events. Accurate planetary calculations do not establish that an interpretation or prediction about your life is accurate.
Luna is an AI assistant and can produce incorrect or incomplete answers, dates and source interpretations. Check important information independently. Novamris is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, gambling or other professional advice, and is not an emergency service. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a condition, delay professional care, or decide a high-stakes action. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for Luna or support.
No guaranteed outcomes
Timing windows are prompts for reflection, not promises that something will happen or rules for what you must do. First look asks for your own recollection; a Yes, No, Not sure or Skip response is not proof of predictive accuracy. Responses do not change the original selected dates or retrain the calculation engine. A signed prediction receipt verifies what was recorded and whether it changed, not whether it will come true. Outcomes include misses.
Your account and records
Use accurate information where known and the uncertainty options where it is not. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not impersonate someone, enter information you have no right to provide, interfere with other accounts, evade access controls, or use the service to facilitate harm or unlawful activity. You must be at least 18 to use Novamris. Do not create an account or submit personal data if you are under 18. The web email signup form presents an initially unchecked 18+ confirmation. Whatever sign-in method you use, including native or social sign-in, adult attestation and current Terms acceptance are recorded and required before birth-profile onboarding or AI use. Self-declaration does not verify your identity or age.
You retain your rights in the material you provide. Processing it to deliver the requested features does not give Novamris a general right to publish your private history, sell it or use it for research. The Privacy notice explains AI processing, separate optional choices, retention and account deletion. Public receipt sharing, where available, is your choice. Be careful when sharing or downloading records.
Free access and Novamris+ subscriptions
Free access does not require a subscription and includes 10 Luna messages per month. Novamris+ includes 100 per month and, where offered, is an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. US reference prices are $11.99/month or $107.99/year, with the annual price charged for the full year. The current offering has no free trial or lifetime plan. Your purchase screen shows the actual local price, currency, billing period and applicable tax information before you confirm. Creating an account, accepting these Terms or receiving complimentary access does not authorize a charge or renewal.
A subscription renews for the selected billing period unless you cancel through the platform where you purchased it before its renewal deadline. Apple App Store and Google Play administer their respective purchases; where web checkout is offered, RevenueCat and Stripe support that flow. Use the subscription-management option in Account or your platform’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the paid period ends, unless a refund or another applicable rule changes that end date. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore purchases in the app for an existing supported store purchase. Avoid buying again on another platform to restore access. For refund requests, use the purchase platform’s refund process or contact support with the transaction reference, not your full card details. Refund and statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the purchase channel; these Terms do not waive them or make all sales final. Price changes and any consent or advance notice they require are handled under the purchase platform’s rules and applicable law.
Extra Luna messages
Where offered, extra Luna messages are an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription or an upgrade to Novamris+. The 10-, 25-, and 100-message packs have US reference prices of $2.99, $4.99, and $14.99 respectively, plus applicable tax; the purchase screen shows the actual local price before you confirm. Luna uses your included monthly messages first. Failed Luna replies are restored after reconciliation. Extra messages do not expire and remain available on the original Novamris account if your subscription ends. They do not renew automatically or turn into cash.
Sign into the same Novamris account to use your balance on a supported device. Do not buy another pack to recover a missing balance; contact support instead. A store’s ordinary Restore purchases action may not restore an already-consumed one-time purchase. Account deletion removes your unused extra-message balance and does not itself request a refund. The purchase platform’s refund process and your applicable consumer rights still apply.
Optional social bonus
Where offered, a verified account can receive 2 extra Luna messages for choosing to open each of our official Instagram, TikTok and X links, once per platform per account, for a maximum of 6 messages. The bonus is for opening the link from Novamris; we do not verify a visit or follow. We welcome followers, but no follow, like, share or waiting period is required. Your included messages and paid benefits are unaffected.
Awarded bonus messages do not expire. We may change or end future promotions, but this does not remove messages already awarded. The app shows whether a bonus is available, pending or already received; repeatedly opening the same platform does not earn another bonus.
Availability and changes
Access depends on your plan, supported device and region, and network availability. The plan screen shows included features and usage limits before purchase. We may maintain or update the service and restrict access to address misuse, security or legal requirements. This does not remove rights relating to a paid service that is not provided as promised. Keep your own copy of records you need. Separately identified sandbox transactions test purchase behavior; they do not authorize a real charge.
Problems, complaints and your rights
Contact support about incorrect output, account problems or a complaint. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details. The service is not continuously monitored for emergencies. You may stop using it and request deletion from Account. Security restrictions do not remove any privacy or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that the law does not allow a provider to exclude, or excuses fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes carry a revision date. We will provide clear notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance when required; accepting Terms does not grant optional AI, memory or research permission. You may stop using the service, cancel any subscription through its purchase platform and request account deletion if you do not accept a change.
